Things To Do Today Cooking-Wise
1. Freeze good leftovers
2. Throw away icky leftovers that are past their prime
3. Check expiration dates on all meats- freeze what isn't going to be used in the next 2 days
4. Prep green beans: wash, trim , and snap and place in storage bag
5. Make menu for the week
6. Make list of what needs to be removed from the freezer each day
7. Make poultry sausage so we have them available for breakfast this week
I know this may seem weird, but I like to do a lot of prep work on the weekends, which gives me less excuses during the week not to cook. :p I also find that hte more prepared I am, the easier it is to get food on the table quickly. It also makes cooking healthy simpler!
