I need a vacation from my weekends!!!

I remember a time in my life when I considered weekends to be a relaxing time of the week. It was this wonderful period of rest, relaxation, and respite. Sleeping in, reading a riveting novel, catching up on TV programs that had been recorded during the week, going to see the newest movie, and hanging out with friends were all activities of which I partook.

Well my friends, I have now found that often times my weeknds are busier than my actual work weeks. Here it is 6:41 a.m. on a Sunday and I am already up, dressed, and made up. There is something wrong with this picture. I spent most of the day yesterday running from one place to another. It was such a busy day that I actually ate lunch in the car on the way from one place to the next, because I didn't have 30 spare minutes to sit down and eat.

If life is this busy now, I shudder to think about what it might be like when we have kids. Oh vey.

I miss my peaceful, quiet weekends!!!! Can I put out an ABP on them?
