Jail Time for Snoring!!!!

I have come to a decision! An important one at that. Listen up ladies! Tired of being awakened at all hours of the night by God awful noises that you swear could only be made by the devil himself, only to discover that they are being generated by your bed partner? Me too!!!! I say that snoring so loudly that you wake your significant other, children, pets, and/or neighbors should now be illegal. Not just illegal, but a felony offense. I am convinced that if people thought they would go to jail for obsessive snoring, they might actually seek treatment to curtail it and no longer blame it on "other" factors such as position, food choices, or environmental factors. So who's with me? JailTtime for Obsessive Snoring!!!!! Wouldn't you love to see that referrendum on a ballot?
